What this site is for

The site describes our services and publishes articles about software development. It is provided for general information. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation, or professional advice on which you should act without speaking to us about your specific circumstances.

Estimates and figures

Prices, rate ranges, timelines and outcome figures on this site are indicative and drawn from past work. They are not a quotation and they do not form part of any contract. A binding price is given only in a written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties.

Case studies and client references

Case studies describe real engagements. Some clients are anonymised at their request, and figures are shared with client permission. Results described are specific to those projects and are not a promise of comparable outcomes for yours.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, code, graphics and marks — belongs to Tech & Crafts Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell, or systematically copy the content without our written permission. Quoting a short extract with a link back to the source is welcome.

Client work and ownership

Where we deliver software to a client, intellectual property in the deliverables transfers to that client on payment, as set out in the relevant agreement. Nothing on this page limits that. Our own pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how remain ours and are licensed to the client for use within the delivered work.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to send unsolicited commercial messages through our forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Introduce malicious code, or place unreasonable load on our systems through automated requests.
• Scrape content systematically for republication.

Third-party links

We link to other websites where they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction. Client agreements may specify a different governing law by negotiation.
