Everything clients ask before starting

These come up in nearly every first conversation, so they may as well be written down.

A focused MVP or internal tool typically runs USD 12,000 to 30,000. A departmental platform with integrations is USD 35,000 to 90,000. Dedicated engineers are USD 2,800 to 5,800 per month depending on seniority. We give a costed range after a discovery conversation, before you commit to anything.

A 45-minute conversation, at no cost, about the problem you are trying to solve. If it looks like a fit, we propose a paid discovery workshop that produces a written scope and plan you own outright.

Our entire engineering team is at Infopark, Kochi, in Kerala, India, with client offices in Dubai and London. It matters in two useful ways: cost structure and time zone coverage. It does not affect who owns your code or how contracts are enforced.

You do, without exception. IP assignment is contractual, repositories sit in your organisation from day one, and there are no ongoing licence fees payable to us.

Teams commit to a fixed overlap window with your working hours. Gulf, European, Asian and Australian clients share most of a working day with us; US clients get four to five hours through shifted team hours.

That is a common arrangement. We work in shared repositories with joint code review and a common sprint board, either leading the work or supporting your team's lead.

Yes. We begin with a paid audit of the code, infrastructure and security, then give you an honest assessment — including when a rebuild would cost less than continued repair.

A warranty period is included with every build. After that, most clients move to a support agreement covering monitoring, patching, SLA-backed support and a monthly allocation of enhancement hours.

Always, and we are happy to work from your paper. Every engineer also signs an individual confidentiality and IP undertaking.

Estimated in hours, shown against the remaining budget, and only started once you approve. Nothing is absorbed silently or billed as a surprise at the end.
