Rates are indicative and depend on stack scarcity, contract length and timezone requirements. Minimum engagement is three months, with 30 days' notice thereafter.

No profile is substituted after signing. If the shortlist is not right, we replace it without charge.

Exclusive to your account

Engineers work on one client at a time. No shared allocation across three projects.

Full IP assignment

Contractual, plus an individual undertaking signed by each engineer. Repositories stay in your organisation.

Free replacement

If someone is not working out, we replace them at our cost with a handover overlap.
